Bank-street.co.uk is a mobile app providing information on everything from shopping to tourism information for Rossendale, Lancashire.

When you use these services and any others within the Bank-street.co.uk Group of companies, whether in the Bank-street.co.uk app or elsewhere you’ll share some information with us. This can affect your privacy. We want to be transparent about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the choices we give you to control, access, and update your information.

Device Phonebook. Bank-street.co.uk app offer features like ‘share with a friend’, we may with your consent access your device’s phonebook to allow sharing of our products and services with your own contacts.

Camera and Photos. Some of our features may include the option to upload pictures of your business card or pictures of your business.  This can be an image taken directly from your devices camera or a picture saved in your photo gallery.

Unless we can access your camera or photos, these features will not work. Permissions can be reinstated in the settings section of your phone under ‘permissions’.

Location Information. When you use our services we may collect information about your location. With your consent, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses.

How Long We Keep Your Content

Content collected with your consent will be stored on our servers. if we contact you, we will always be ask if it still appropriate that we keep your information on file.

– Access and Updates. We strive to let you access and update most of the personal information that we have about you. There are limits though to the requests we’ll accommodate. Users Outside the United Kingdom

Although we welcome others from all over the world, keep in mind that no matter where you live or where you happen to use our services, your information may be shared within the Bank-street.co.uk family of companies. This means that we may collect your personal information from, transfer it to, and store and process it in the United Kingdom and other countries outside of where you live.

Children
